UPGMC was first incorporated in the UK in 2001 and subsequently Nigeria in 2008 - offering holistic business and brand solutions for all sectors of business across Nigeria.
As our name depicts our aim always is to be ‘upfront’ with our clients on what we are able to deliver and once the scope of service is agreed, take our clients’ issues and needs ‘personally’ – going to every length to exceed their expectations. Our services are underpinned by three key principles: customer focus; professionalism and integrity. Whatever the service our clients request, be it media buying, advertising, event management celebrity endorsement, public relations, production, activation etc., once we have identified the desired end destination, we use the most appropriate channels, conversations and tactics to deliver the desired outcome. For example we are the brand ambassador management agency for MTN. This role requires that we sign brand ambassadors on behalf of our Clients.
We liaise with the celebrities – organising their logistics as necessary- ensuring they are available as per our client’s requirements. We also manage all payments to the celebrities – i.e. we pay them and our client subsequently pay us. If there are any dispute(s) – it is between us and the celebrities thus relieving our clients of any responsibilities. Our job – put simply is to ensure the ambassadors are signed and available for our client whenever they are required.
